Smoked my last cigarette June 3, 2014. That night, after I smoked the last 3 I had (in a row), the patch went on. 7 days cigarette free now. Cigarettes cost more than $5 a day, but at the end of each 24 hours I pay myself $5. When it's time to stop using the patch, I will have $350.00 as my reward. The $35 I have so far is itching to be spent!!!

That's a really good idea. I stopped smoking for 15 weeks but smoked on Saturday and Sunday. I also stopped drinking for six weeks but drank a few days last week. I was going to save $20 every day but I think $5 is more manageable.
