giving up the smokes

i plan to give up the smokes by cutting down on my daily intake of tobacco.i smoke around 4 packs of 25 a week so if i can cut that down to at least half i will go cold turkey with the aid of a mouth spray

I was using a similar theory, I delayed my first smoke of the day by 5 minutes every day, got to an hour, but spent my first hour thinking about having a smoke, in comparison to me you are a light smoker so reckon it will work for you. I used the mouth spray, is certainly works but very strong for me. Good luck I hope it works for you, if not try something else until you get there.
