This craving shall pass

I suffer from mental obsessions. Because I have continued to smoke these can be quite persistent. I figure I am now in for a bit of a ride as I am nearing quit time. A little few practice runs and my new fresh life is starting. I am on NRT so the physical cravings are pretty much under control. I want a bright freedom that being cigarette free has to offer me. I gave up drinking, so I under stand some things about quitting stuff. I have the support of my georgeous daughter. My Husband is encouraging and He will quit too. I just need to lead my own path.

Your taking the first step and that is awesome... When it gets tough, remember what triggered you to give up in the first place

Good luck PJ, you are at the staring line, be prepared for some hurdles along the way, non smoke day 75 for me and I feel so much better, still struggle some days but just something different for a couple of mins really helps.

Never thought I could do it but here I am.
