Hi all,
Here I go again. Feeling very determined this time though. I had my last ciggie 7pm Sunday night.
Keeping busy to fight the urges. I've been a smoker for 28 years & have decided to quit cold turkery this time. So far so good. Good luck everyone

I am doing this cold turkey also, last ciggie 10pm Saturday night. Doing good, but so tired and a bit headachey, I am sure that will pass as the toxins leave my system. Good luck, stay strong.

Good luck, it is nice to see people starting their journey on the same day as mine, although you are both being stronger !
