Third Day Running

It's Hard .. It,s really hard its my second attempt and the last one lasted for 28 days and then i finally gave up ... i never thought while starting to smoke that one day to quite will turn out to be such a hard task...!!!

Hi Midhun, it is hard.... I underestimated how hoard it can be too. But it can run pretty much smoothly for a while and then it can get tough, quick sands I call them, it is the realization of how final the decision is, that can be overwhelming. Self doubting. It is different for everybody. Keep going, take it one day at a time. During cravings drink a glass of water, by the time it is gone the craving is gone. I found that helped. Exercise really helps too, it is a positive act, in place of a negative(smoking). Give yourself the best possible chance of succeeding. you can do it...

It is hard, we all know this and have experienced the challenge. The best thing to do is take one day at a time, one step at a time. Each hour of the day is an achievement. Remember all your reasons to quit and stay strong and positive!
