Hi I'm back after my last attempt a few months ago trying to quit next Sunday. I feel I can do it this time so slowly finishing my last pack. It will be so nice to be a non smoker, even though I'm smoking now I still hate the smell so it will be nice to be rid of that too. Good luck everyone.

Thanks converse, glad your here, I'll read over your past blogs as I reach each stage as you had a lot of good advice. Hope your feeling better and don't worry about weight gain take one step at a time, only focus on your quitting then worry about weight. If you had the will power to give up smoking I'm sure loosing weight may be easier especially when you run. XX
