eat before taking champix
i am on day 9 with champix-no side effects at all just a slight prob with sleeping. I am still smoking about 12 per day and really want to quit. i feel more energetic, i eat before taking champix and also take panadol osteo, maybe this is preventing the nausea. Ammy

If you are having the pill during/after meal, you will definitely avoid the nausea :)))) When is your Quit Date??

Sounds good Ammy - wait until you stop completely, those first few days feel unbelievably good (well, I'm on day 4 without any smokes and so far it feels great anyway!). I think I ended up doing 16 days smoking while on Champix as I had a weekend partying. Then just stopped. You do get cravings, but they're short and easy to overcome - in fact they're kind of enjoyable because you can 'feel the burn'. Don't be scared to set your quit date.
