Just stay strong, keep focused and you'll be fine. Just remember why you wanted to quit, Your on the right track..

Look at smoking for what it is, Its addictive, Its smelly and has no positives what so ever..This is why we are all on this journey.

Well done getting to day 2 Lollymarch, the hardest day is over,,, the very first one is the hardest, Gammy is right, it is an addiction, it doesn't taste good, it's antisocial, it ruins your health and it costs a tone of money to support what exactly, a "habit"....You are doing really well so stay strong and keep us posted on your progress.
