I WILL SUCCEED

Posted in Getting started
schedule 30 May 2013

After many attempts to quit smoking only to go back to smoking again, I am Determined to SUCCEED this time, I have signed up with I Pledged to quit on 31st May for Smokes Free Day. I will use the patches, and change my way of thinking that just one won't hurt or whatever reason I think of to jusify for why I light up. After some many failed attempts everyone thinks I am persistant. Tommorrow is the first day of the rest of my life Smoke free and Healthy..

Well done on making the date a significant date (Smoke Free Day)as this should help you in staying quit for good. I too use the patches and find they have helped me to stay a non-smoker. I also have tried many times to give up only to fall off the wagon again. This time I won't be going back to the smokes.

Keep posting here and we will support you all the way.
