again trying

hi every one, found this site through random quit smoking search.Well you can say it has become a hobby to quit and restart,i have lost count of how many times i quit and then restarted within 24 hours, the longest i went was 30 days.
i feel i invent reason to restart smoking again and again. It is more of psychological addiction for me as compared to physical addication.
lets hope that this time i will be able to remain quit.

Hi abhi,
We are all nicotine addicts on here, or i really should say recovering from nicotine addiction.
And much like yourself quite a few of us on here have tried to quit smoking a few times.
AT the end of the day, its all up to you, whether your happy to quit and then smoke again or have had enough of the mindgames of it all and just stay strong and give up smoking for good..
It;s a touch road at times, but hey there is nothing positive from smoking, so we all have a healthier, longer life to fight for..
Good luck and all the best xx
Are you going it cold turkey or with some nicotine replacement therapy? If you don't use any it could be the reason why you have gone back to smoking when you have quit before. I know I always had been cold turkey but this time I am on patches and am on 91 days smoke free.
Keep us informed on your progress as we may be able to shed a few tricks for you on how we have coped.
