Day one and so far so good.
Hello. Day one and my new stratagie for quiting this time is working.
I had tried patches before with no success. This time I am using the patches with the oral spray. Everytime I have a big urge I do a little spray under my tonge and hold it there for a couple of minutes and then swallow. I also do some deep breathing after that. It is really working.
The only thing I really miss is my hands feel left out and I keep wanting to go out side, as I was an outside smoker. So I go outside with my oral spray and call it my cigarette break.
I am going to buy so sunflower and pumpkin seeds tomorrow to keep my hands busy.
I am going to take each day at a time, but I have had enough of this addiction.
Smoking since I was 11 and now I am 44, was a pack a day smoker. Feeling ill all the time, enough is enough.
Hi its me again.
I also wanted to let you know I am on the highest patch.
I am intending to try to cut down the oral spray and reduce my patch strength every 6 weeks.
I quit smoking with the gum before and I got addicted to the gum and my jaw was sore all the time. So switched back to smoking.
I think that is why I think this plan will work because I will be slowly cutting the nicotine out of my system and eventually be nicotine free.
This is my 15th attempt wish me luck.

i am 44 too and smoked since i was 11 tried everything to quit and ecigs worked for me, but the main thing is you find your answer. I look forward to reading you say i cant believe that crappy product robbed me for so long and had so much power over me. Wont say good luck cause it not luck to quit, good learning and understanding why
