I'm doing it again , this is my 5th & final go at QUITTING. if i fail this attempt it really  will kill me. i'm focused and have my best quit buddy ,who's also quitting,( i Adore u thankx pip) on the 19th feb we had our last ciggie. i stumbled across this site & think it has heaps of useful help.
