my first day of quitting am on the patches and feel positive, last time i got a rash under the patch has anyone else experienced this and WHERE is the best place to put the patch regards gojude

I am on patches too & get the rash under the patch it can get irritated & red at times.i try to rotate the patch spot every day.
I'd prefer the slight iritation of red rash as opposed to going back to smoking.

yeah same here upper arm just change arms everyday and positon where it was good luck
The patches gave me a rash also, and the Nicabate Mini's made my heart race and my body go numb.
I ended up using Quit x gum this time, have been smoke free for 44 days (no slip up). but have not had the gum for a few weeks now.
