my 100th day of non-smoking

Hi Friends,
Today is my 100th day without nicotine; can I call myself as a non-smoker now? I went with cold turkey so it was damn tough for few days, I could not sleep for 3-4 nights. But, slowly the craving came down. I was not a heavy smoker (3-4 cig per day), I use to give excuse to myself that anyways I don’t smoke much. But, I understood smoking is smoking does not matter how many you smoke at any time it may get increase.
I had attempted to stop last year with some of my friends but I started again. 100 days back I was talking to my friend and he said he is still staying quit and it's one year now since we both attempted. I felt like looser I lost the battle against Cigarette from that moment, I decided whatever it takes I am not going to smoke, I’m not a looser.
I kept sticker on my office desk with the number 1-99 and the quit date. After every nonsmoking day I started scribing one day. After few days when I had craving at peak I just thought about my commitments and the sticker I can’t start counting again. Other helping factors friends and black hard coffee
Cheers,
Mayank

You are totally amazing and an inspiration! Going cold urkey is something I've never tried because it would be so hard. You should be so proud of yourself. Yes, you can call yourself a non-smoker! Congratulations and make sure you post to tell us when you reach 200 days!

Thanks for the Eponetara, Sure, I will keep you guys posted when i complete my 200 days.
