Any tips

Hi well i have just finished the champix program i think was a great help I am at 14 weeks but i think that a lot depends with yourself if you really wont to stop or only wish you could stop. You have to have agood reason to stop I think breathing and smelling freah air and being alive are a prety good reason to stop But it is like everything You Must remember JUST ONE DAY AT A TIME thats all you can do
