three days in and getting control back

ok so last week i decided to gain control of my life again
i may nor be doing how most are - but have quite before and I DO Know that the minute i feel pressured i fail !! - so i have given myself an allowance of 5 cigarettes a day - and cant believe have stuck to it the last three days- ( i dont have the packet i give it to family member to hide from me and get my 5 for the day ) its working so far - even after a night out saturday night - normally smoking 17+ cigarettes a day - feeling better and taking away the cravings and habit more and more
I feel more in control as i am able to manage it as i still not completely without just yet - but realising again that i dont really need them -
havent been coughing any where as much - as they say slowly and surely - i am 28 days away from my quit date so am weaning my way to a more manageable success ( thinkn positive :)
finding this site a great reinforcement too -
