second attempt
Hi, guys, thanks to those people who supported me recently when I relapsed. Today is the first day of my second attempt. Yesterday was my birthday too. I am trying to have the same frame of mind I had on my first attempt which lasted nearly a month. I have 6 days off work now so there will be no temptation to 'borrow' a cigarette from someone there. The reason I didn't succeed last time is because I took off my patch too early, so I won't make the same mistake. Thanks.

Hi Invertedsupernova, Happy Birthday for yesterday. Yes it was just a slip up and I as did nearly everyone who quits have done the same.You did it, I did it, we did it, then we got on with it. I'm a patch wearer as well, and I reckon they work a treat. All the best for your next attempt.

even the air tastes good I found the best way with friends at work just tell them not to give you any no matter how much you beg BUT the best way is to walk away yourself if they are any friends they will understand if not well you must have better friends As I told you once before REMEMBER JUST ONE DAY AT A TIME !!!! Thanks Chrisco. The second attempt was a bust....just trying again tomorrow - if only I hadn't taken off the patch because before that it was very easy. I'll try again tomorrow. :)
