EXCITED TO BE SMOKE FREE!
Today is the day i get my life on track!!
this morning i threw all my cigarettes out and all my lighters!
i was having a cigarette before work and all of a sudden i thought, why do i do this? i dont enjoy this.
so then and there i threw them all out and went upstairs and bought patches.
havent had any cravings all day, and i am SO excited to quit!!
fingers crossed everyone! good luck to everyone out there who has or is quitting!!
