Hi Chris i found the patches used to fall off also especially in the hot weather, i found a solution i used to put one on my bum cheek lol. They never fell off thats for sure.

I have not had any problems with the patches, make sure you hold them on for a while when you first put it on.

Well done for giving up the old habit.

on the bum cheek you say freedom, ill give it a try lol n vanessa i even tried shaving the spot on my arm n they still come off lol

Thats a huge achievement from 30 fags a day down to 2. well done!

I'm using the patches and havent had any problems. Make sure that your skin is dry and cool your body down after your shower before you put them on. Even if it means waiting 1/2 hour. Im exercising, swimming and everything else and my patches aren't comming off.

Put em on your bum cheeks if you have too like freedom says.lol funny thought though.

Yeah yah look like a tradie and that mean outside in the heat and sweating dude ,I had the same problems when I tried them years ago I use to reinforce the edges with bandaids . But dude 30 to 2 in 2 day yeap hat goes off to yah .
