So here it is the low down on the crack down on the fag consumption that has ruled over me since I was 14.
Last fag the 10/1/2012 a must to ensure 11/1/2012 is the smoke free day I intend it to be in my head.
The lead up to this final fag, I am going to wash my house and car out, not literally. But I am going to give them a detox of their own. Get anything fag related and bin it, clean sheets, and clothes, clean, clean, clean, this has the potential to send me insane before I leave my puffy days in the past, but I am up for the challenge.
Thinking of killing two birds with one stone! Seriously considering doing the lemon detox diet at the same time as ending the fag gag. So instead of being focused on not smoking adding in not eating might just over take the urges.
Wondering if it’s at all possible to shut the curtains and sleep through the first 7 days, in my head it sounds like a win, win, solution, however real life is going to restrict me I know.

Well its a start!

Good Luck with your plan, im going cold turkey and am committed.....like you ive smoked since my early teens and im now 38....time to stop.
stick to it....it will be hard for us but worth it.

I'm now on day 8 and it does get easier the further along you go. I used patches for the first 6 days then have forgotten to use them the last 2 days. I found day 3 was the hardest to the point I had half a smoke and it was disgusting.
Wishing you the best in your quit journey!!

The anxiety of leaving the puff behind me in less than two days is overwhelming! But i am going to be true to myself. enough is enough. Seriously wondering today if there is a betty ford clinic i can go to?

well well i am nearly day 20 smoke free i am still waiting to see the financial benifits, lol. seriously i am happy to be free of the puff, feels good.
