Day 4
I've been a packet a day smoker for 25yrs. After many failed attempts to quit i'm happy to say it's day 4 of being smoke free for me today, hope today is easier than yesterday. Love reading everyones stories, they're really helping.
Same time for us both ... Day 5 for me today :-) hang in there .... We can do it together :-)
Thanks popcorn, I need all the encouragement I can get. Well done to you, hoping I can get rid of this awful mood soon (It's so not me). I think the family are waiting to see my head spin around. lol. It's definitely a filthy habit but when I was growing up it was the in thing, even when i had my first child, the hospital had a smoking room (she's only 22). Go figure :(

i am on the same day as well and like you i think the stories really help.i remember being in hospital when they let you smoke in bed hahaha and i am 46yrs what were they thinking? keep strong everyone and if you feel its too hard just imagine how hard dying and leaving your kids/family would be:(
