Hello to everyone! my name is jamie! Today is only my second day with out tobbacco! i know it has only been two days now but even still that is two days that i have won the battle. I am only 22 years of age. So i know now that its is the best time to qiut because i still have my whole life ahead of me. For the last year i have wanted to quit. But i have just been to lazy, i guess in other words my mind was not in the right place thus i was not strong enough to fight of the temptations of quitting. I am sure that through sure detemination and 100% commitment i will pull through and once i have completed atleast a full year, then i will come to understand that i am glad i gave up. I see now that smoking for me was not just an addiction but also routine. I mean i would wake up with a coffee and a smoke every day, in doig that over so many years my body had become accustom to it. So it turns into a routine for my mind and body. Knowing this only makes me more knowladgeable and makes it easier to quit. I cannot wait to see my self in coming years!!!
