Day 5

Now it's day 5. I'm so proud of myself. However i'm exhausted from keeping busy
and trying to not to think about sneaking outside. It really is a mind game.

DAY 5. CONGRATULATIONS. That's just fantastic. I know it can be exhausting but look at how well you've done. Try thinking of the positives that have happened over the last 5 days. You are doing so well, you should be really proud of yourself, I am. Keep going. I look forward to reading your next post.

Thanks for the feed back. I need to keep posting so i can see how far i have come. I'm still having many cravings a day but only about one or two that are really bad.

Your right Tiger. I evan told my 10 year old this morning it would be his fault if i started smoking again. I felt so so bad after and i will apologise after school. I do have a stressfull life including having my 10 year old who has severe behavoural issues,,,he evan goes to 2 schools, However i can't have a total meltdown everytime i get stressed. I must find another way.
I'm still finding i want a smoke after some meals. After Diner i go for a walk but thats not always possible.
