Sick of it!!

I have woken up feeling like I have had a cold for the past 3 weeks. It has been affecting how I interact with my family and have thought for the past few weeks that I just dont want to smoke anymore and only do as my hubby does. It really shooked me when I caught my 2yo outside rolling a perfect cigarette and also when she had a carrot stick or lollipop and holds it like a smoke and pretends to smoke. I have just had a ciggy and it made me feel like crap!! I only had 2 puffs and thought I dont want to do this anymore and stumbled across this site on google. I want to quit smoking cold turkey and if I get really desperate (stay at home mum of a 2yo and 6mth old can be stressful), I have gum I can chew but it is only a last straw cause it tastes yuck! Hopefully I can encourage my hubby to also quit as it cost us over $150 a week for us to both smoke and that is a huge amount towards a house deposit and our childrens education. I have tried to quit 2 or 3 times before and didnt smoke during my first pregnancy and only in the last 3 weeks of my last pregnancy and stupidly took it back up. I think my triggers for wanting a smoke will be be boredom and stress but will hopefully find something to combate these.
Wish me luck my non-smoking life starts now :D

Well this attempt went out the window but I have started again as of the 1st of Jan using patches. had my last at 1am before I went to bed after new years drinking and havent had one since. I feel really great!!! Hope you are doing well also
