My plan to stop smoking involves alot of things for starters i have gotten all my family on board with me and i have gotten my friends on board aswell. to help me stop smoking i am going to try doing other things when my cravings come on like singing, drawing, painting, exercising or cooking. these things are going to help me stop smoking. these things wont help everyone quit but they should try thinking of 5 things you could do when cravings come on i believe it is important to keep your mind occupied with something else so that you dont go back to smoking.
