Started with e ciggs and now cold turkey

Well for a while i had been wanting to quit after smoking for 14 years now. I had been looking at the e ciggarettes online for a while. I bought a e ciggarette on Sunday. Sure i cut down on the ciggarettes straight away but that was because i was still inhaling incredible levels of nicotine. I had 2 more ciggarettes on sunday and 2 on monday. Monday afternoon came around and as i was drawing on the e ciggarette i realised i was being nieve and stupid for thinking that a e ciggarette loaded with nicotine and imitating a ciggarette would help me quit. I decided to dstop then and there. It has now been 30 hours since i had a ciggarette or an E ciggarette. My head is spinning. But i have wanted to seriously quit for 2 years. Here go nothing.
