nic patchs
my plan is to buy nicotine patchs tommorow to help me reduce the smokes. i tried champix and that made me depressed so i think the patchs will definantely help me reduce til i quit!
champix doesnt work long term, i tried it twice n last time it made me throw up....

I think that is a great idea Mike, I have been on Nic patches for 4 days now - I still get the craving everynow and then but it takes the each off. Do what is right for you, the most important thing is that you give up smoking so whatever works. Good Luck
I have smoked for over 30 years. I used the patches 6 years ago and was smoke free for about 6 months. I'm taking Champix now and I'm on Day 4 smoke free. The tablets make me feel sick but i'll keep going.I'm determined to beat this and you sound like you are in the right mind frame to succeed also. Good luck
