We’ve given iCanQuit a fresh new look with tools to help support you even better on your quit journey. Whether you’re coming back after a break or checking in like always, there are a few new things to explore.

1. Create or complete your Quit Plan
Whether you’re new here or returning, your Quit Plan is the best place to start. If you had a plan before, we’ve moved over what we could - just fill in a few new details so we can better support your journey and help you track your progress.
2. Explore your new dashboard
Your dashboard brings everything together in one spot - track your progress, set quit goals, log check-ins and access tools like our event calendar, quit activities and distraction games to help manage cravings.
3. Do your first daily check-in
Start your new routine by checking-in. It only takes a minute and helps you reflect on how you’re going each day. If you’ve used iCanQuit before, your past check-ins will still be there.
4. Update your public profile
You’re in control of what others see when you post in the forum. Choose to show your quit date, days quit, post count and badges - or keep it private. You can also highlight one badge next to your name.
5. Check your badges
There are new badges to earn along the way - and if you’ve been here before, you might already have a few waiting! Visit your collection and pick a badge to feature.
7. Share your thoughts
We’d love your feedback. Head to the forum and tell us what you think of the new iCanQuit. What’s working well? What could be better? Or just say hi.
