Here are some ideas for things you can do together:
- Go for a walk somewhere new
Visit a walking trail, beach or park you haven’t been to before. Fresh air, movement and a change of scenery can help lift their mood and distract from cravings. - Watch a movie together
Whether at home or at the cinema, a movie is a great way to pass time and enjoy something fun without thinking about smoking or vaping. - Plan a reward with their savings
