Hi everyone, I am now oon day 17 without nicotine. Last week was a bit tough but I kept telling myself I can do this without smokes. My hibby is still smoking but I think he may be considering giving up... Hope so for his sake, it will be his choice, I am not forcing him... I am doing it subtly!
I feel so much better except for a few side effects, I try to exercise every day, and need to drink more water... I went out to the local club and wasn't tempted to have a smoke at all...... so that was good.
I have been boyed by all the stories here.
