Hi I'm 100 smoke free days and my family are very proud of my achievement as am I I'm not going to say its been easy as it hasn't I still get cravings and get crabby but I'm not going to be beaten

    I can't wait to reach 100 days. I agree it has not been easy but I definitely worth it. Stay stubborn & kick butt.

    Wow so very proud of you, you are so inspirational can't wait till I get there, about 2-3 weeks behind you I think, but knowing you have made it gives me hope, I still get cravings and get grumpy,glad I'm not alone. Keep it up

    Willson, you're amazing. I remember when you first posted, it was not long after I too found this site. We've both come so far on this new adventure, it's so exciting and I'm so proud of both of us. You've inspired so many, including me and I'm so glad you let us be a part of your freedom from smokes.
