Just checking in to this community to tell everyone that I am off the cigarettes and any form of nicotine for more than 200 days.
A few months ago I felt my upper body was incredibly stiff but I've been massaging/rubbing/pulling/vibrating my upper body using a common waist belt and can feel the tension releasing over time which is a great discovery as I never knew how useful a belt could be to loosen up muscles. I feel so much better these days compared to when I was smoking. Anyone who is trying this please don't give up because its worth going through the suffering to get to the other side where you will be safe as long as you don't pick up the first ciggy again.
