Smoked first cigarette at 15 years. Didnot like it but at 18 years again tried it and somehow got addicted to it. Now 50 years old and finally decided to quit on 19 Sep 16. Only 5 days back but feel the urge for lighting up. Taking Nicotine gum to beat the urge and till now smokefree. I hope I suceed..

Hi Animesh. Well done for quitting. No-one on here will tell you there's an easy fix, if there was everyone would be doing it or at least someone would be making a pile of money from it. The point I'm trying to make, and making a hash of, is that you're going to have crappy days over the few couple of weeks but you are also going to have some amazing days. Keep busy, get a list going of jobs you want to get done. Make them small ones to begin with it, it's a distraction technique. You can do this. Keep us posted as to how you're doing.
