hi all I'm 67 days smoke free and yes I still have cravings but I am finding loads of ways to bet them puzzles reading jigsaw puzzles you don't have to spend more than 2min of doing something as the cravings pass facebook offer all the games I need as I can choose when I stop playing the jigsaw game I can pause and go back to it when I need to I hope this helps others as it has me

    I agree with you completely. Jigsaw puzzles, crosswords, games are all brilliant ways to distract the mind. I've used them before and will do so again. Great tip.

    Also, using this site. I just pop on here and read everyone's stories and accomplishments. You're amazing, keep going you can do this. It's just one craving at a time to be dealt with.

    Go Willson. Regardless of what you do and what works for you, keep posting. You get to vent but even better someone will see your post and sit up and hear you.
