Still a non-smoker

430 days smoke free so I am still a non-smoker. I really felt like racing out to buy a packet of cigarettes last week. Luckily the new ad campaign started which has stepped up to a new level of grossness and made me stop. Smoking causes mutations and mutations are the start of cancer. Ewwwwww.

Congratulations Tee Em....well done and keep going. Smoking causes more than mutations. Nearly 5 weeks for me after 50yrs...on borderline copd ...but told by doctor the situation will improve and will be arrested as long as i do not smoke. So, my mind made up the fun ( if you can call it that) is over for me. Cheers and keep posting...it is all helpful.

Well done for not succumbing to the pesky cravings, 430 days (probably more by now) is a fantastic accomplishment. I wish we had some gross ad campaigns here in the UK, it would be far better than just advertising NRT's. You're an inspiration, please continue to inspire us all :)
