Exercise!

I've finally found the rhythm that I've always wanted to with diet and exercise. A lot of people get right into it when they quit and it took me over 5 months before I was able to get into a good routine.
It's been 4 weeks of clean eating, exercising 5 days a week and lots and lots of running. I've been steadily losing 1.5kg a week and I'm determined to hit a weight that I've only dreamed about the last few years.
I wouldn't have had the mental toughness or discipline to achieve this without going through quitting first.

Well done, Gebstar, that's how I got through stopping smoking and I never thought I could ever love running but now I'm free from smokes, being in the open air and running through fields is so exhilarating. I have put on a few pounds but I think that's muscle, as I still fit my clothes. Congratulations, keep posting, I'd love to know how you're getting on.

Hi Gebstar, so great that you are exersing as well. You are at a similar smoke free time as myself, but am growing.l am encouraged to lose those kilo's as well and will start Monday. You are an inspiration.
