Don't give up on giving up

Posted in Getting started 28 Jan 2012

I decided this time to stop smoking in a spur of the moment's been two days today & every time I get a strong craving I think "what was I thinking" but I've just got to apply that willpower (which for years I always thought I had very little of) & hope that it's going to get stronger & really pull out all the stops this time around. I turned 40 recently and have been swaring & promising to myself & others that I would be given up by the time I turn 41...I truly hope that happens.
