hi I'm now 49 days smoke free its easy to resist having one after you smell someone elses its really not nice keep up the good work my fellow quitters good luck with your journey

    12 days smoke free.Can someone tell me if they had lack of energy and what they did about it.I do one thing and will be ready to lay down.I am usually full of energy.

    Hi Willson, I am into my 8th day of being smoke free and agree with you, I really don't like the smell of smoke or even smelling it on other people. It makes me realize that I used to smell like that, YUCK!!! Well done on your journey, keep going!!!!
