Hi everyone thank you for all the positive help you have given me it really helps .Well I'm now into my second month woohoo and I do believe our mind plays tricks on us to start up again its like being taken over by a smoke and he is trying to get us back into his group but its not going to happen. I have so much support its not funny I don't know how I would go if I had a smoker in the house it would be very hard .I love this support group it helps me to stay strong and positive till next time stay strong and hopefully smoke free

Hi willson. Those early days are like a new journey into the unknown. It is quite the adventure. You must stay for the long haul or you won't experience that euphoria knowing you can repeatedly say no to the craving... Power to those who last the distance and endure the pain. Remember the worst pain is if you decide to fail in your attempt. Dig your heels in and look forward to a better life knowing that is not smoking is more socially acceptable. Have you noticed how much you hate the stench of cigarette smoke in the street...
