This morning i wake up the wrong side of the bed i felt like a slip up but i didn't. But i seen to manage okay. The best way i did is to go out for the day to find a way to help me feel more relaxing and try not to stress too much about it. And now i had been off the bad habit for almost 2 months this always be the hardest for me. but it worth it's. Even more harder for me when i got my sister who is a smoker as well. All i have to do now is to stay strong for my own health.
