yay its a month since I have quit very proud of myself still cant taste anything and am very thirsty all the time but I'm hanging in there and I feel very good about my self hope everyone is going well on there journey as well

    well done willson, For me it's been 6 week that i haven't touched a one cigarette.

    For me, 4weeks/4days! Congratulations to all of us! Sounds as though we have a lot of the same "symptoms" Willson -everything tastes so different and my tongue is "on fire".....I am just beginning to smell odors ...still have trouble sleeping. I am very proud of Me, also! I think I am gaining some muscle as I am really active....each day, I bike, walk, play music, do Yoga...love it! I am so happy to be able to breathe again...keep on, keeping on All!

    yeah it takes some time to change and heal and the only way to find out what's out there in no smoking land is to not smoke so that's what I will do.

    so well done on going there yourself for a look see :)
