It's been 40 days since i stop smoking. Now i have saved $600 wow that is a lot of money that i used to buy a packet smoke it was about $120 or $150 per weekly on smoke. And the money i have been saving it's for my holidays in December i'm looking forward to it. It was a struggle at first but it's worth it. Now i find something to makes me feel more relaxing like having my feet pedicure and having a nice hot cup of green tea n snacks at home and going out to do shopping and the best part i like is having a cappuccino at the coffee shop and home and also i enjoying going to the gym but i still never gained weight on the fact is i lost weight as well not smoking. All the things i did in the past 6 weeks is talking to Quitline or Helpline and it helps me further out the day.

well done on the 40 days and nights sorry couldn't help myself :)

yep think 5 mins per smoke how much time wasted even if that was all I lost from smoking.

so yes plenty of other things I can waste my time on that are more constructive.

well done and keep it going one day at time.
