Anxiety Help (:

I have noticed that taking a nice warm bath and listening to calming music/trying to watch a movie on my laptop while in the bath it helps with my anxiety and body aches and calms me down while I'm trying to quit.

Excellent plan, I'm a bit of a clutz though so would probably drop the laptop in the bath - not so stress-free then :) When did you stop smoking?

Hey, first days are very important, u should be strong and don't think about. Day by day cravings will be less and weak. keep relaxed, don't meet with smoker friends. ask yourself if u have reasons to begin it, think about positive sides of quitting.

I've been doing the same thing. I used to only take showers, but now I have a bath or 2 every day. It relaxes me. I just kind of lay in there for 30 mins and sometimes I will even have a tea with me. Some days I felt so dizzy and aloof from the quit, I was scared I'd wipe out in the bath, and drown or something lol. I was fine. My cat was always there watching me, to make sure I was alright lol.
