Eleven days

I don't no when these cravings will go, they make me weak, I get tempted to have one cig,any how controlling my self, may be yoga could help me in reducing those cravings,any suggestions guys.

    Q10, walking, glucose jelly beans from the chemist, reading stuff on here, knowing its not going to be like this for ever, just get through today smoke free that is the only goal.

    Hi V1, are they cravings you are having or are they old habits trying to come in? I find myself thinking "Oh I should have smoke before I get to work" and the like but I don't actually feel like one. Maybe look at it more as breaking the habit than being a craving? Other wise, maybe have gum on you, also carrot sticks have been proven to help with cravings. Or think about something you want (massage, pair of shoes) etc that you are saving up for?

    Good luck, you can do it! Don't give up!
