Today is my 13th day smoke free and I love it. Don't get me wrong though, breaking the habit has been an eye opener, it is surprising how often I use to smoke, when waiting for my hubby to finish work for example. I think the best thing is knowing they are just habit's and making sure those habits are being broken each step I take.
I still feel I am 100% in it this time and just know I don't ever want to touch another cigarette no matter what.
Feeling pumped and proud!
