1 year smoke free

Posted in Quit experiences 30 Jun 2016

Well I cannot believe I am writing this 1 year smoke free. After 100s of attempts at quitting I did not ever think I would make it to this day. I cannot say it was easy and have even had a few puffs when drunk but have stayed strong and not given in. I can't say I really feel the heath effects of giving up, I have put on 6 kilos but I do feel the heath effects of my bank account. Stay strong and don't give in to temptation. It really is worth it.

That is awesome! You should be proud of yourself. 1 whole year, what an achievement! Enjoy having more money in your account hehe :o)

yes very well done and no its not easy and yes there are some hills to climb but even if the only thing I gain from quitting is more cash then that will do me but I am sure as time passes we understand we have gained so much more.

Happy B/D may you have many more.
