Just got back from Glastonbury, if that wasn't a test of my determination to stay quit I don't know what is. But I did it, plenty of kind offers to have a cigarette but I politely thanked them and refused. It made me feel great because I really didn't want one. I was only sad about the weather because of the mud not because I couldn't light a cig in the rain. 40 days now smoke free. Next milestone will be the 5k run in a few weeks.
