99 Day's yeah

Posted in Hints and tips 26 Jan 2012

I am now 99 day's smoke free. I can't believe i have achieved this. There has been many many

times i have almost walked out and bought some smokes but i didn't cave in. The thought of

going through the first week again keeps me strong. I still really want one when i get stressed and i havn't quiet learnt how to handle those times , but i'm getting there.

My thoughts are with everyone in their early day's you can do it.

Well done Teegz. It's a hard thing we are doing beating this addiction. It's worth it though. I can go places and not think constantly about where and when can i leave for a smoke, Keep posting and well done....................

Hi kathyrose -- I have just read your post here, not sure how to find earlier ones but I'll have a dig around.. Now you are even closer to 6 months since you commented on my story! You are inspiring me to keep going and I love your honesty about the quitting experience - you're a star!
