1 year free

It has now been 1 year for me smoke free. I am really feeling better now. It was really hard going for quite some time but I don't think about smoking much at all now. At first it was all I was focussed on because for all my adult life my brain would always remind me when it was time for a cigarette so it did take the year to retrain my brain.

So the old cliché of, If I can do it anyone can, is true again today.

yes the reset button is not so fast on the old smoking brain , takes some time to turn the big ship around.

thanks for letting us know how its been for you in the 1st 12 months, so very well done !!

Hi Tee Em, Seems you have conquered the habit of caving in to the brain which does not truly respect your needs. So glad to hear you have re-programmed the needs and set your brain straight.
