Posted in Quit experiences 17 Jun 2016

Tonight was a difficult night with people that smoking around but it's very hard but i'm getting stronger as i go. I haven't touched a cigarette yet but i'm still determined to quit smoking for good now it's been nearly 2 weeks.

That's awesome, 2 weeks already, congrats. I know how hard it is with other smokers around...chewing gum is very helpful at these times. Look at it this way, in that group...who is the obvious winner?....and on so many levels. Always think positive and stay focused. Well done, keep it up.

Yay for you Pamela, all power to you. That's fantastic, two weeks is an amazing accomplishment. I know it can be tough but stay strong and be proud of yourself. The smokers around you will be jealous that you've been able to stop, they will follow suit eventually. Think of all that cash you're NOT burning.
